MyVetStoreOnline – Returns and Refunds Policy

Happy Hubz raises funds for nonprofit organizations.  Because of this, we typically do not provide refunds for products that are purchased.  Please ensure that your pet does not have known allergies to the products or items that are purchased prior to oredering.  We recommend that you visit your primary veterinarian prior to purchasing any of the products for a health check and to make sure you know which product is best for your pet.  If the item is defective, please notify Happy Hubz within 20 days of your purchase to request a return or an exchange of product and provide the following information.  Be very clear with the reason you are requesting the return or exchange.  Happy Hubz is not responsible for any reactions to products that your pet(s) may experience by use of the products purchased through the sire.

When requesting a product return, refund or credit, please include the following information.

  1. Item name(s)
  2. The quantity of the item(s) to be returned, refunded or credited
  3. The reason for your return and or refund request
  4. The MyVetStoreOnline invoice number
  5. The date of your purchase

Once we receive your request, we will review it and inform you of our course of action.
